Product Information
Our Brazilian hair is 100% virgin: un-dyed and free of chemical treatments. The cuticles are aligned facing the same direction to reduce tangling and shedding. Additionally, our Brazilian hair products have machine-reinforced wefting and can be dyed or treated by a professional if desired. With proper care, our Brazilian hair bundles last an average of 2-3 years.
For a full and flawless look we recommend purchasing 3 or more bundles which applies to 16" bundles and up.
The price is for any 1 bundle Weight
is 3.2- 3.5 Oz per bundle (about 100 grams)
Hair Care Instructions
1) Using a wide tooth comb gently comb hair from the tips to the roots.
2) Wash hair with WARM water and moisturizing shampoo. (Stay away from shampoos that contains
sulfates)
3) Condition hair with COLD water and moisturizing conditioner to lock in the moisture for best results.
4) Rinse thoroughly
5) Always air dry to ensure hair stays shiny and does not look brittle.
6) Before bed, always wrap with a silk bonnet.

Shipping & Return
All sales are final and non retainable. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY EXCHANGE.
If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at support@obcessionshaircollection.com IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days if you wait longer we have the right to refuse .
No action will be taken if defective hair shows any signs of being used or worn.
All returned defective hair must not be brushed, combed, curled, washed, cut, processed or unraveled in any way to be accepted.
We are not responsible for return shipping labels if product has been approved for return by owner for defective hair only. All returned items must have tracking number and that tracking number must match your package for it to be processed and returned.

Terms & Conditions
All items are shipped via U.S Postal Service. Processing Time: 2-3 Business Days.Delivery Time: 3-5 Business Days USPS standard mail signature required and USPS Priority Mail is 1- 3 day shipping. All orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and to verify credit card authorization. For orders placed during holidays and sale promotions please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number for your purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive an update once you receive your tracking number.
All orders must be signed for at the time of delivery. Once order has been placed we can not change the shipping address. We are not responsible for unexpected delays due to carrier delays, holidays, & natural disasters.We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your order has been shipped. Please note we currently do not ship internationally.
